The chapter begins with a prologue, where the world is controlled by the Maruhage Empire in the year 300X. The empire's emperor: Tsuru Tsurulina IV, uses his power to rid the world of hair and make everyone bald like him, by assembling an army of bald soldiers known as the Hair Hunters, whose job is to rip out all the hair they see in their path. However, there is one man brave enough to stand against for the sake of the freedom of hair.
The plot then begins in Inafu Village, where the hair hunters are already in the midst of pulling out hair of the villagers. A hair hunter informs G-Block vice-leader Pikari that they got what they came for, who then tells them to make sure nothing is missing. A sentient pickle then insults them from behind a rock. Realizing that he has been noticed, he introduces himself as Pickle and begs them not to hurt him. After being kicked by a hair hunter, a villager wonders why Bo-bobo didn't shown up. A hair hunter with a metal chip on his forehead assures Pikari that Bo-bobo won't be showing up, to which he exclaims as good news. However, another hair hunter with a lollipop asks who Bo-bobo is. A charmer familiar with Bo-bobo leans over to the previous hair hunter, telling him that he is the destined enemy of the Hair Hunters, while the hair hunter asks the charmer who he is. The charmer continues to tell them that Bo-bobo is also a master of Hanage Shinken, and because of this technique, almost all hair hunter bases have been destroyed, while the hair hunter continues to ask who he is. Now knowing who Bo-bobo is, the hair hunter with a lollipop is amazed that someone like him exists and would like to meet him.
At that moment, a motorcycle gang of sentient vegetable arrive at the village, with a man sporting an afro tied to a cross. The hair hunters immediately identify this man as Bobobo-bo Bo-bobo.
Under Contruction
The motoryclists stop and sent Bo-Bobo to the ground. The leader says that he doesn't want to see Bo-Bobo with his attitude at "Green Pepper". Bo-Bobo says weakly "why so much violence" the Hair Hunters attack Bo-bobo shouting "Kill Him Now!". Bo-Bobo quickley regains strength and attacks the hair hunters by using "Nose Hair Fist Technique Mercyless Nose Hair Fist".
Bo-Bobo gives his card to beauty even though its a peice paper that just says "Bobobo-Bo Bo-bobo". Beauty asks why Bo-bobo fights the hair hunter and claims she's Bo-bobo's #1 fan just to know". Bobobo agrees but says he can't tell pickles. When Bo-Bobo was just a boy the hair kingdom was invaded so Bo-Bobo and his father had to prepare to leave. When ready Bo-Bobo got into the escape pod but his dad claims he can't push the button being just a giant peice of hair, Bo-Bobo says he'll push it for him a Hair hunter the gets inside when his father asks who's going to be in the pod. Ten they put the hair hunter in the pod saying he was Bo-Bobo and Tuyoshi acts like the Hair Hunter while Bo-bobo acts like Tuyoshi.
Beauty confusingly comments "You call that an escape". Bobobo Then leaves to destroy the G-Block base. He succeeds and pickles and bauty follow him. Beauty asks to join his quest bobobo and so does pickles. Bobobo turns his head and Small Father opens his afro and says beauty can come, except for pickles.
