Dark Yasha

Dark Yasha is the most powerful Hair Hunter in the Maruhage Empire. He enters the New Emperor Playoffs to stop Bo-bobo from reaching Maruhage Castle. He fights Bo-bobo in "Bottle Edge", the first true battleground in the playoffs.

A bizarre-looking creature and Dark Yasha's true form. Sambaman's attacks cause anyone who hears and/or witnesses them to begin dancing. He also has a special juice that make people ugly, but it ends up turning Bo-bobo and Don Patch into fruits, and Tokoro Tennosuke into a pizza delivery man. When he's defeated, he asks to join the Rebels, which Bo-bobo responds to by strapping him to a rocket and launching him into space.

Dark Yasha

Dark Yasha's one of the most serious antagonists the Rebels ever face. Besides his true form, he has no quirks whatsoever, and isn't too fazed by the Rebels' antics. Befitting his position in the empire, he doesn't let up in battle for anyone, and will do whatever it takes to win. Of course, like every other Hair Hunter before him, the Rebels' fluster him as his fight with them goes on.

In contrast to the stern and serious Dark Yasha, Sambaman is eccentric and silly. Though still theoretically the empire's strongest Hair Hunter, he'd rather sing and dance than fight. As a result, even the likes of Bo-bobo, Don Patch and Tokoro Tennosuke see him as a more of a nuisance than a threat.
