Background

Gaoh is a small, gray Koala that first appears in the first chapter of Shinsetsu Bobobo-bo Bo-bobo. He is a hajikelist and also practices bone-crushing martial arts. A few months ago, he competed in a tournament to become Tsuru Tsurulina III's pet. He made it all the way to finals, but his last opponent was his friend Buta-kun, a pig that carried a calender of kills around his neck. The two are blinded by their own ambition, and Gaoh defeats him by breaking his neck. Buta dies of a mortal wound, and Gaoh takes his calendar to remember him by. He betrays Tsuru Tsurulina III shortly afterwards.

History

Gaoh first meets Beauty, and the two of them watch Bo-bobo make short work of a hair hunt soldier. Gaoh admires Bo-bobo for his fighting abilities, and shortly joins the group. While traveling with Bo-bobo, Gaoh is mainly used as comedy relief (being a hajikelist) and doesn't fight that much, but he does help out in the fights against Babuu and Princess Chinchiro. Gaoh becomes friends with Don Patch because they are both hajikelists, but he becomes rivals with Dengakuman, and the two have a short fight over which of them is the cute mascot character on the Rebels team.

Gaoh has one prominent form throughout the entire series. After his training with training with Torpedo girl, Gaoh often dresses up like Mercenary Tao Pai Pai, a villain from the manga series Dragon Ball. In this form he calls himself Gaoh Pai Pai, and often parodies Tao's Ultimate Dondonpa.
